Thank you for your curiosity about my offerings.
For over 10 years I have facilitated life changing expeditions locally, nationally and internationally for both Australian adults and young people as an Outdoor Educator. I began to weave the sacred practise of Yoga, Meditation and Breath work into the Expeditions I have led and noticed what great impact these modalities were having on the participants - and my love affair with Yoga Began.
I had always falsely believed that Yoga was what is presented to us on our instagram feeds - "perfectly" looking bodies bending in ways my body would never allow me to. It was difficult to find a Yoga class that offered options for me, alternate ways of moving, reminders that looking the same as the person next to you in Downward Facing Dog was almost impossible to ever achieve.
My Yoga teaching is inclusive, it is intentional and loving. Each class I teach truly feelings like an opportunity to ignite a sense of unity & belonging within someone else, for themselves.
I currently teach Slow Flow Vinyasa with integrated meditation and breathwork & are available to teach covers, and regular early morning and evening classes on weekdays in Central and Northside Melbourne.
